I was born in England, in a small town called Wokingham in Berkshire. I am 59 years old, married for thirty three years, I have two sons and a granddaughter. My career has been based on various types of electronics, mainly radio communications. I have a amateur radio licence, I practice karate and am a servant to two Golden retrievers.
I highly value the friendship, loyalty and commitment between two people. I see the marriage ceremony not just as show of affection, a legal declaration or a life event but a public binding commitment of mutual trust and lasting affection.
I consider the institution of marriage as a representation of an ideal society and should be nurtured its core values publicised as a social obligation. I feel divorce is a sad indictment of our human social frailties.
